Whose name is on the door
Four of these buildings carry a name somebody paid for, and no two of those deals look alike. It is the most useful thing on this page for anybody selling to a company.
| Building | Rights | Name | What the deal is |
|---|---|---|---|
| Jacobsen Stadium | Sold | Jacobsen | Renamed ten years ago. Everybody still calls it The Rock |
| The New Rockbeach Stadium | Open | — | Naming rights are open and nothing is signed |
| Tidewater Arena | Not ours | Tidewater Arena Group | We rent five dates a year and name nothing |
| Xander Enterprise Arena | Sold | Xander Enterprise Arena | Networks shortened it to XAE. Everybody calls it The Beacon |
| Regadget Arena | Sold | Regadget.com | Through 2108 — a hundred-year term, at the donor’s insistence |
| Spartachino Courts | Named | Khris Spartachino | A $27m gift, and the courts his daughter played on |
