Xander Enterprise Arena
Networks shortened it to XAE. Everybody calls it The Beacon
The basketball arena is officially Xander Enterprise Arena. Networks shortened it to XAE. Everyone calls it The Beacon, because it is one - built as a wave of glass panels with a working lighthouse beside it. The building dates to 1922 and was among the oldest standing gymnasiums in the country. The 2024 work was called a renovation. It was closer to a demolition - but calling it a renovation is what lets Rockbeach still claim the oldest gym in the country.
