Single game pricing, from 2027-28

When does this start?

The 2027-28 season. Nothing changes this season and nothing changes about any on-sale running now, including the basketball season tickets that close on Friday.

I have season tickets. Does my price move game to game?

No. Season tickets are not part of the model. Your renewal is one price, set once, the same for a Tuesday in January as for a Saturday in November. That is the main reason to hold a season ticket and it is not changing.

I am a Beacon Society member. Does this affect my seats or my giving?

No. Beacon Society seats and required giving are outside the model entirely. Priority points, seat selection and everything attached to them work exactly as they do now.

So who does it affect?

People buying single game tickets from 2027-28. That is the whole of it.

Is this a price rise with a different name?

No. Prices move in both directions from the published price. A wet Tuesday in January will be cheaper than it is today. The games that move up are the ones that sell out anyway, which at the moment are sold at the same price as the ones that do not.

How much do prices actually move?

Less than people expect, and not every game. Across a season, most single game prices sit close to where they are printed. We will publish the range before it starts.

Will I know the price before I buy?

Yes. The price you see when you buy is the price you pay, the same as now. It does not change after you have bought.

What about groups, and what about students?

Group pricing is negotiated and is not in the model. The Lighthouse terrace stays free for students with a Rockbeach ID.

Why tell us this far ahead?

Because the alternative is finding out at the checkout, and we would rather have the argument now than then.

Who do I talk to about my own seats?

The ticket office. If you hold anything at all, call rather than read — the answer for your seats is usually shorter than this page.
