Wallace Berg

Wallace Berg manages ticket sales for the Whitecaps, running the account executives who sell season tickets, groups and premium seats at The Rock and The Beacon. Raised in Media, Pennsylvania, they tore tickets at a minor league ballpark at fifteen, studied sport management at Kestrel State, and joined Rockbeach as an account executive before moving up to run the desk. Berg's philosophy is three words: win the crowd. They tell their reps to stop worrying about commission and focus on the fan, because sales come with passion, and have been known to whisper a line from Gladiator to a rep mid-call, in the old man's voice. A great call earns a rep the name Maximus for the afternoon. They pass their own leads and referrals down the row, and insist on a full suit on game day, in any heat, so a fan who needs help can find a staffer. They rewatch Gladiator every August, unironically.
