Jenna Roselli

Jenna Roselli is the newest Account Executive in the Whitecaps ticket office, eight months into the job and already the person callers ask for by name after a single conversation. A Red Bank, New Jersey native, Jenna came to Rockbeach as a student in 2021, worked three football seasons at the will-call windows at The Rock, and graduated in 2025 with a degree in communication. She joined the sales desk the following January. Her specialty is the call nobody else wants: the soaked seat cushion, the parking pass that never arrived, the ticket holder certain somebody is in his seat. She would rather fix a problem than talk about price, and fixing problems is how she has posted the best renewal rate on the team. Away from the office she runs the boardwalk before work, bakes for the room most Fridays, and has not missed a Sunday dinner at her grandmother's table since she was six.
